You Dirty Rat

This is the evil-side quest NPC, located in the expansion city of Gorowyn. She's right off of the beach. Eventually she'll send you after mobs in high-level zones, even if you're low level. As long as you stay on the path and only fight the quest-related monsters, you shouldn't have any troubles! Think of it as sight-seeing.
