What's the Scam?

Here, the Dockside Organizer for Freeport tasks you with this event's repeatable quest. You're required to go out and gather crafting materials, as the workers are running out. They'll accept materials from any tier, and which zones represent which tiers are listed right here. Your level doesn't come into play when completing this quest; 80th level characters can gather low level goods for the quest if they so choose.
