You can see the previous quest hub on the bottom right, but what's more important are those very large buildings in the upper left of the screen. That's one of two possible second public quests. This one is extra special because it involves you killing civilians as well as High Elf troops. You also literally get to knock a High Elf off his high horse. It's a lot of fun and that's good because the Chapter Two PQ influence bars take more time to fill up.
