Here's a closer look at Nimosar, the PQ where you'll get to kill all sorts of High Elves. The best thing about this one is you're killing "Artisans" which are a lot like civilians only more full of themselves. They particularly enjoy standing around and talking about the superiority of High Elf architecture. We're happy to inform you that after you've finish killing them you'll see just what happens to their precious buildings after the Dark Elves roll back into town.
