This would be the Warcamp we just mentioned. If you've been participating in Scenarios before this and gained some Renown Ranks you can talk to a Renown trainer to learn some very usual stuff. This is also where you'll find a ton of PvP quests that reward you for scouting areas in the open world RvR and killing enemy players as well.
