If you followed our last guide to the Wild Lands of Zelata, you might have a quest to find Geb-Siris inside the Sanctum. Well, good news -- you just found him. He's right inside the entrance when you zone through. He doesn't drop anything himself but you'll get your quest credit by killing him.
