Guild Vaults and Taxes

Guilds now have their own vaults as well, with special restrictions available to control access. Initially the guild has access to one tab of 60 slots, but through advancement the guild can earn up to 40 total tabs with a grand total of 240 spaces. Additionally, Guilds now have the ability to tax their members, if they so choose. Guild Taxes are a reward unlocked at Rank 3, and is a percentage taken off the top of every guild member's 'looting' action. The percentages is rounded down in favour of the player. Additionally, players can set an individual tithe rate, a voluntary percentage contribution of their looting to the guild.
